My name is Zoltan (Zoli) Nagy. I was born in communist Romania, February of 1980. At a young age, I loved sports; hockey, football (soccer), skiing, tennis and table tennis. I had a very active lifestyle where I was constantly in motion.

Competitive sports runs in my family. Both my father and uncle represented Romania in the 1980 Winter Olympics which was held in Lake Placid, USA, where Miracle On Ice took place.

I chose to go pro in hockey and played competitively, representing my country in multiple European and World Championships. One of the toughest decisions I had to make was leaving Romania in 2004. After 18 years of playing hockey, I decided to pursue the American Dream, and leave it all behind along with my family and my education in economics.

After trying almost every job available to me, from restaurants to construction and even coaching hockey, I relized that none of them satisfied me or gave me purpose. I started my real journey in America helping others with fitness and becoming a health coach.

My coaching philosophy is simple: inspire action, celebrate progress, and make your fitness journey enjoyable and sustainable. Drawing from years of athletic training and drawing on complex methodologies from experts like Istvan Javorek, I create dynamic workouts that challenge and empower you. Beyond the gym, I provide practical nutrition tips that seamlessly fit into your busy schedule. My dedication lies in helping you unlock new levels of strength, confidence, and and vitality.
